Shipping Information

ORDERS CONTAINING LEAD WEIGHT:
*New York State Restrictions - Beginning May 1, 2004: It will be illegal to sell any lead sinkers weighing 1/2 oz. or less in New York State. As of that date we will no longer ship any such products within New York State.
*Due to current California law we will not ship any items made with lead to California. Such items will be dropped off the order and a credit issued if necessary.
*Orders containing 5lbs or more of Lead products will be charged actual shipping.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (Lower 48 States):
We ship UPS because of their fast, reliable service and reasonable cost. They will not deliver to a P.O. Box, so please provide your street address. The UPS rates are as follows:

If you need your order by a specific date please let us know when you place your order. We usually ship within 48 hours of receiving the order, but sometimes we do get delayed.

NEXT DAY / 2ND DAY / 3 DAY SHIPPING by UPS:
We will gladly ship orders using Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day shipping upon request, however shipping charges will be at actual cost. We will adjust the shipping once we receive the order and have a total weight. These are the starting prices:

SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, APO'S & FPO'S.:
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, FPO's should use the rates below:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Due to problems with the Post Office we will now ONLY ship international packages via USPS Global Express. We charge actual cost on International Orders with shipping rates starting at $40 usd. Final cost may be lower or higher.

RETURNS:
We gladly accept returns of merchandise WITHIN 30 DAYS, as long as it is in unused and salable condition. Before returning any item, please call us (631) 269-6005 or email us hooks@terminaltackleco.com during business hours for a return authorization number. Returns will NOT BE ACCEPTED without an authorization number on the outside of the package. Molds that have had the shrink wrap removed, whether they've been used or not, will NOT be accepted back. Lead Melting equipment that has been opened absolutely will NOT be taken back without a return authorization.
